Earth - The year 2426

After devastating attacks by alien raiders seeking to abduct human males for slave labor, Earth was left in ruins. Governments collapsed, and the remaining survivors faced starvation and despair. In the struggle to survive, sex work was not only legalized but became one of the most stable industries, forming the largest and most powerful union—Sex Workers United (SWU).

   With Earth on the brink of total collapse, the Galatian Guard intervened, exposing humanity to the reality of extraterrestrial life. Though many humans harbored deep-seated revulsion toward aliens, the newly reformed governments under the directive of the Interplanetary Collective, deemed that in exchange for protection, the Galatians would be granted human consorts—high-ranking Defenders paired with Earth’s most desirable women for a binding seven-year contract. Thus, the Galatian Exchange was born—a lottery promising unimaginable wealth to those selected.

   But in a world where corruption thrives, the so-called lottery is rigged, ensuring that only the wealthy and whites reap its rewards. For the desperate, however, the Exchange remains the ultimate prize—offering a chance at survival and fortune in a shattered world. Forced into the program, Karma becomes the first Black consort, despite believing that serving as an alien’s whore is only marginally better than being one for humans. Karma can never forget the desperate, overlooked people she came from, and with her newfound wealth and influence, she refuses to turn her back on them. Unlike any consort before her, she dares to use her position to offer aid, challenging the system that thrives on silence and submission.
